Shred to Recovery
7:15am - 8:00am (45 min)Claudine B.Shred to Recovery is the perfect cross training for Shredders who are running & lifting frequently! It allows the body to recover more effectively after a hard workout, improves flexibility, bodily awareness, balance, core strength, breath control, cardiovascular health, & ultimately helps prevent injury!
This class will alternate between your regular Shred415 format (treadmill & floor), and then everyone will recover either on the treadmill or on the floor together through an intentionally sequenced recovery including stretching, lengthening, and mobility. -

With modifications for every movement, you can walk, jog, or run on the treadmill and adjust floor exercises to your level.
