Core work will tighten and tone your midsection, while our signature treadmill drills give you the cardio burst you need to shred your body. In all Shred415 classes, we will spend an equal amount of time on the treadmills and the floor over the duration of class.

Use this time to log miles for race training, cross-train between strength days or simply get your steps in while staying warm and dry.
